Job Description:
Managing existing customer relationships, and quickly taking on all company’s European book of business. Providing technical customer support, and helping customers achieve their desired outcomes in product development.
Maintain the company’s customers engaged while identifying and generating new Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunities.
Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide creative solutions to their problems within the company’s technological scope. 
Analyze customer data and use it to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction, while  communicating market feedback and insights back to the company’s technical team.

Requirements:
Fluent English – MUST
2-3 years minimum experience in a Sales, BizDev, or Customer Success / Customer Support position – MUST
1-2 years minimum experience in the Cannabis or Hemp Industries – MUST
Comprehensive understanding of different cannabis/hemp product applications and how they are produced –  Preferred
Comprehensive understanding of the European cannabis market, including regulations, trends, and customer needs  – preferred.
Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
